Interview
After applying online, I was contacted for a brief phone interview, which culminated in setting up an in-person interview two days later. At that stage, I was interviewed by two individuals simultaneously; the one that would eventually be my direct supervisor and a department manager.

Question 1
They asked many open-ended questions that are designed to understand your character and customer service abilities.
Detailed and precise. The interviewer was very supportive, positive and engaging. There were no negatives and usually they allow you to take your time to gather your thoughts and answer the questions. All together I've had a great experience so far.
There was an online questionnaire test which took around 20 minutes, if it was passed it would the. be followed by group interview before an individual one in the same day. Conducted by the team managers.

they did a role play telephone call where you had to handle queries
In person interview with a manager and a supervisor. Lasted around 40 minutes and was fairly casual. I dressed in a suit and that seemed appropriate. The role was was centred around teamwork and working well will customers to assist them.
