There were four half hour discussions with current team members where we each discussed our prior experience and what the role would entail. There were some behavioral questions but most of the time was spent discussing experience, Sargent & Lundy and the role.

Interview
Phone interview, than office interview in Chicago chatted with group of engineers. Good folks in the interview panel. Nice and relax environment, with beautiful office space. Most of the question were related to the team work with some technical questions.
