Interview process is with different employees, it could vary between 2 to 4 interviewers of 15 to 30 minutes with each one of them and have a conversation and answer few questions.

What was the hardest thing you've done in your college career?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sargent & Lundy in Oct 2025
Interview
Talked to them at Career fair and applied online. Interview was on the longer side (2.5 hrs) but mostly behavioral questions, gauging interest in the company and industry, some questions about relevant courses. 30 minutes per interviewer, 5 interviewers, everyone was very friendly and happy to answer my questions.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond your responsibilities?
Super easy, talked to them at career fair and was promptly followed up with an email coordinating an interview. Interviewed with HR, Project Manager and then an engineer working on the team I will be involved with.
