Scion interview questions

Very informative and pleasing. Questions were based on competency. The interviewers gave time to answer questions and provided more information and clarification when needed. They were helpful and encouraging and wanted to make you feel comfortable to do your best.

I applied on Indeed, got a call for a phone screening with an in-house recruiter. A few days later, I was asked to do an in-person interview with two execs. They were super friendly and the interview was smooth. I sent a follow-up thank you email and received a direct response from one of the interviewers. I didn't hear back for maybe a couple weeks, then the holidays rolled around. I got an automated rejection email after New Years.
