Interview at starbucks went well. After a year of working there employees that I helped train were promoted above me. No increase in pay. The interview process changed and chief scribes would routinely hire their friends with a real interview.

After applying online with my resume, I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager about the position. We discussed the job, my overall career goals, and expectations for the role. It was very straight forward and mostly focused on how being a scribe would support my future in the health care environment .
Had a one-on-one interview with the chief scribe of the hospital I applied for. Questions included why do you want to be a scribe, prior work experience, and experience handling stress/multiple tasks.
