First, they closed the door exactly when they said they would. DO NOT BE LATE. Asked about prior work experience, college curriculum, aspirations, desire to climb to management, and available hours. They constantly advertised how this would be a very difficult job to start, but an extreme advantage once trained.

Interview
I was asked questions like "tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it?" and more basic like how fast I type. It was easygoing and more conversational because the manager was so nice!

Interview
First had a Zoom interview where the regional manager discussed the role and then asked me how to spell a few common medical terms, and asked for definitions. After she placed me with a site manager who administered a written test after a 2 week training module that went in depth on medical procedures and diagnosis we will see in the ED. Make sure to review the terminology and you should be good.
