I applied through a recruiter agency and had only one face to face interview. Interview was pretty standard and focused on my resume and work. It took about 3 weeks to inform the result.

It was technical round with panel followed by managers face to face interview and then with HR
Technical panel comprise of two fellow one for java and another for unix.
You need to prepare for java , unix and selenium well.
