Interview
I was relocating to Ventura, Ca from my current home. I drove 180 miles for the interview to find out they cancelled my interview without notifying me. They stated it was because my application online had expired. Funny, when they called me for the interview it was not expired! They were not even apologetic and was like Oh well, you can re-apply on line. Just pathetic and a joke of a company!!

Interview
It was a very unprofessional, almost desperate like interview from their part. They immediately just asked about my availability as well as how quickly and I could start. Mind you now it was the week of Thanksgiving and they were expecting me to start on Black Friday right at Midnight. I'm not that stupid
The interview was by phone first. They call you to verify your information and ask if you are interested I. Whatever schedule/part time or full time they have open. at the moment I wanted full time so I declined their offer but it seems like a good company to get your foot in the door with.

Are you interested in a part time position and are you flexible with schedule
The interview process was relaxed and easy going. I felt very comfortable and the manager told me about the job and answered any questions I had. I was made an offer the next day.
