Interview
Head hunter contacted me and initiated process.
Phone screen with HR. Zoom call with hiring manager (AVP) 2 weeks later that was scheduled for 1 hour, went 90 min - felt like a great conversation.
Follow-up interviews included hiring manager's boss (VP), and 2 of hiring manager's peer AVPs. 1 of the peer AVPs wasn't someone I would have been working with, so it was awkward that they were part of the interview process.
After being told I was the top candidate, they eliminated the position before it was even filled.

The team you would be managing has a mix of senior-level rock stars and newer employees who need a guiding hand. What steps would you take when you start to keep the rock stars engaged and get the newer employees to be more productive?
