4 colloqui di selezione ... Per poi ? Rimanere nel limbo con quasi una proposta in mano. La delusione è creare false aspettative nelle risorse che sperano di dare un cambiamento alla propria carriera.

Quali strategie adotto per motivare la squadra
Not much to talk about no predetermined questions. Whole process was off the cuff. Whole process seemed haphazard. A more traditional interview would have been appreciated. However, those conducting the interview appeared to have put genuine thought into their questions.

Interview
It was a group interview of like 15 people. We were asked question on how to deal with complicated customers, if we have experience in sales, how we would react in a complicated situation. The group thing was kinda intimidating to me. Overall god experience, I was not given the job.
