I wasted a ton of time with 2 HR phone interviews, another phone interview with a manager, an in-person interview with the same 'manager' who phone interviewed me along with one of the HR reps who already phone interviewed me. They obviously kept no notes on our previous conversations as they reiterated the same questions they already asked me. The in-person interview, as I was told by the HR person, would be to meet the hiring and lab managers. I never even met the lab manager. Oh, and I wasted time watching their videos and filling out all their non-disclosure paperwork prior to their in-person interview as I was told to do, only to see nothing in their facility but the reception area and a small conference room. During the last interview, I was told they had a couple of others to interview too, so I would hear back in a week. When a week came and went, I called and was told this could be a very long process. The next business day, I received a 'dear John' email.
Long story short, the job is still posted, over a month later. Don't let them disrespect your time like I did!
