The interviews are incredibly intense, resembling actual work environments. They require focus, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills, often simulating the pressure and responsibilities that come with the job itself. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the process, as it felt more like I was already doing the job for them, rather than just participating in an interview. It seemed unfair and overwhelming.
