Got a call about scheduling an interview the week before Thanksgiving (classic deadline-meeting interview). I knew it was odd when as soon as I joined the call; they had their cameras off and said that I could turn mine off if I felt more comfortable with mine off. These were actually the only 2 questions. After this, the two interviewers just kept asking each other and me if there were any more questions. One had to remind the other to tell me about something. There are a lot of interviews where it feels like your time is being wasted, but this was severe. I feel completely disrespected, and it felt like the interviewers didn't want to be there. Same-day rejection, so I guess they had already chosen someone.
