Signify Product Developer interview questions

3 rounds of interviews. 1st with HR, regarding my CV, 2nd with the 1st hiring manager; he was very happy with my background and expected me to get the position. I was then contacted by the HR to pass an exam. HR never called me back when I asked about the subject of this 2hr exam. 3rd interview, with the 2nd hiring manager and a senior designer. I had 45 minutes to design a product and then an hour to explain it. Both seemed pretty content with my exam results. A week later, I finally received a call from HR that I didn't get the job but they would be happy to offer me a position which was no longer available!
