The interview process was rather straightforward. I received a phone screening and then a zoom interview. After that the company ghosted me for about 3 weeks. After I reached out to multiple times they finally responded requesting time for a new interview. We agreed on a time and then, ghosted again, never sending out the meeting invite. Honestly it’s okay to tell a candidate they aren’t what you’re looking for, but ghosting and wasting their time like this is a major red flag. If they treat their potential candidates like this I can’t imagine how they treat their employees. More companies need to know that this behavior is incredibly unprofessional and only ends up hurting them in the long run as I would not recommend applying to this company. Clearly they do not value the time of their applicants and that can only mean they do not value the time of their employees
