Complete waste of time, I will not recommend to opt even for interviews. They took 3 rounds of interviews spanning 3-4 weeks and then told they liked me but they want to keep me on hold for 2-3 months. If this had been conveyed after 1st interview or exploratory call, it is understandable. Although after 3rd round took more than a week to give this vague feedback. So overall frustrating experience.
