Interview
Interviews were conducted over a series of about six phone calls and remote meetings. Meetings included members of the Salesforce delivery practice as well as with members of the leadership team. Slalom's goal was both to understand a skill set base as well as to evaluate culture fit.

The questions changed depending on who was conducting the interview. Some focused specifically on Salesforce technology, others focused on past experiences from projects and client engagements.
Four interviews starting with an HR recruiter, then two separate interviews with team members, and a final interview with a director. The interviews were friendly and it was largely behavioral based.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
