One of the cultures and interview processes you just can't get excited about and can't be bothered to try, self-sabotaging yourself 3 rounds in because you start to prefer they don't make an offer. Overall cold, unthoughtful, somewhat disorganized process. They also play games when it comes to remote. First it's "oh by the way, is 1 day in the office OK?" then each interaction with you they add a day. By the 3rd round I was basically told "yeah most here are in the office 4-5 days a week". Interviewers are fairly pretentious and seem not excited about what they're working on. Seems like a PIP factory.
