I applied, had an initial phone interview, then had another phone interview the next week. They offered to fly me to their corporate headquarters to come in for an in person interview.

no interview, got me on linkedIn and couple of calls working together when i was with another company. no formal interview as such. Could not understand the company or its scope of work.
