1. Interview with in-house recruiter
2. Phone call with technical counterpart
3. Phone call with a Softchoice partner
4. Phone call with your future manager if you get the position
5. Phone call with your future manager's VP
6. In person interview with a local VP.
For the most part, all standard interview questions. I like that I spoke with a partner of Softchoice's which can provide a different viewpoint.
