The initial call went absolutely well. My profile matched what they were looking for and was told I would be hearing back for an interview date. After a few days I followed up without a reply. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. It seems being hired isn’t just based on qualifications, but potentially favoritism. I’ve lost all trust for this company.
