The office manager demanded I bill 4units of scaling even for 3m recall pts. All in a 1 hr appt and went on dissing how us hygienist don't know anything about billing and everything they taught us in school is wrong. And went on to say how are they supposed to pay our wage if we don't "value" our time . Safe to say I declined a work interview. Total Red flag !!
