I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sopra Steria in Nov 2021
Interview
Applied online through the company's website. I completed a telephone interview with the recruiter which covered all my experience in detail. The interview took place remotely 3 weeks later. I had to prepare a presentation for the interview. The hiring manager who was on the interview panel was very disengaged with the process. The interview was supposed to last 1.5 hours but on the day it lasted only around 55 minutes. It was clear the hiring manager didn't like me and just simply shut the interview down early after my presentation and one competency-based question. I don't particularly feel this was fair as I wasn't given the chance to answer all questions. I did flag this to the recruiter when I was informed of the outcome. It took 8 days to hear back with the outcome.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sopra Steria (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Mar 2015
Interview
Long drawn out recruitment process with decision not given for several weeks even though I was currently working in the HR department of the organisation.
Disorganised, unstructured interview process, was told there was no rush however the interviewer kept referring to watch and seemed genuinely uninterested in anything I had to say which was extremely off putting.
