This was the most frustrating hiring process I've experienced. It dragged on for nearly two months. After an initial interview, I completed a CTF challenge and submitted a report, but the tech interviewers didn't even look at it. I was told I was moving forward, only to be ghosted on the promised third interview. After multiple follow-ups, I finally got a response saying I wasn’t selected. Overall, a poorly managed process and a waste of time.
