The interview process was relatively involved, there were a couple of behavioral and personal "get to know you" questions followed by a very fun technical assessment. A lot of the beginning correspondence happened via OfferZen interview requests. It ended in a face-to-face interview, conducted by the Head of People, one Lead Developer and a Project Manager. The interview was very two-way, I felt like I could comfortably interview the company while they were interviewing me. This company really does value it's workers and make sure opinions are heard and considered.
