Handed my resume thru a campus career fair. Got a phone call 1 week later by HR and set up 1st phone interview. The interview was pure technical. He asked about one project on my resume and dig into depth. I was not able to answer of them because I didn't prepare to that level of depth. Got call from HR setting up 2nd phone interview very next day. Similar style. And then after 3 or 4 days, I was told I was not a good fit for this position but another RF group was interested in me and I set up another two interviews with that group. The interview went pretty well except some RF knowledge that I couldn't answer as I haven't learn them. The last interviewer said they would contact and sounded like I had a pretty good chance to get in. Unfortunately 3 days later I was contacted by same HR saying sorry and I was almost close to get in. So disappointed.

I applied at a career fair for UF. Had an interview with a recruiter which was mostly behavioral with a few questions about the company. About a week later I was given a 4 hour test which consisted of circuits/ op-amps, c programming, and other technical questions. A week later I had an interview with a technical lead that was pretty grueling, and related to things I had done poorly on the test as well as others.
