First technical interview with a technology specialist, it was not so hard with them as they focus on if you can learn rather than what you currently know, but if you have somthong in your cv they will ask from it.
Second HR interview, the interviewers are friendly and the question about you career plans and you future objectives and goals

- There is an English exam afterwards

usually the candidate is asked to come to two interviews (technical and HR), the HR interview will test the soft-skills of the candidate and the expectations, the technical interview tests the knowledge of the candidate in the SDLC stages, quality concepts and any basic CMMi or RUP or MSF knowledge.
