Initially had a couple of phone screen conversations with their internal recruiter. Then, met with the hiring manager one-on-one in a coffee shop for a more formal interview. Both people were personable, but after the conversation with the hiring manager, I was ghosted. I can respect that the position wasn't a good fit, but I would not have expected a company of this size would not notify a candidate that they do not want to move forward. Needless to say, I would never apply to another position here nor would I recommend any of my colleagues do either.
