Interview
It was a call interview with the manager asking behavioral questions. It was an overall relaxed, smooth interview. There was also a lot of situational questions of how to deal with customer and how to deal with the internal team.
Ghosted by company completely unprofessional had to track spectrum down at a virtual job fair just to be casually told I wasn’t selected when they could of formally told me a month ago when I followed up. I will never apply to this company again or recommend it to a friend.

Interview
Phone interview first via zoom. This was held by the recruiter. And then an person interview with the branch manager. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Followed by a 13 week training period.

Series of question revolving around your ability to problem solve and handle customer de escalation
It was a normal interview. They challenge you Alot but if you answer and take your time you will do ok. They basically will hire anyone who doesn't get to flustered
