Very easy compared to any startup. Most of the people interviewing didn't have a deep knowledge of the subject matter. Many of the current employees have stale IT knowledge, still using technologies from 10 years ago.

I had one round of interview covering Java 8 , Angular and SQL.There was questions mostly asked from the recent project worked.Questions based on performance tuning how we achieved in the project and my role as a team member in the recent project was asked.

Interview
1st round with recruiter recording call with questions about technical experience to pass on to manager
2nd round with hiring manager to answer more technical questions, and quick live coding question (15 mins)
3rd round complete take home assignment and meet with panel to discuss design decisions
Process ended during 3rd round for me when after completing take home assignment and before meeting with panel to discuss it, a better fit had already accepted the role.
