Very poor recruitment process: zero internal communication, bad candidate experience.
I've been contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn who didn't give me any job description but just a couple of generic information about the role. I asked for more details that she didn't answer to but she forwarded internally my CV. I got a call a few days later from another internal recruiter to arrange an interview! I asked her those details (main duties, type of contract, salary and bonus) and she didn't know how to answer but she ensured during the interview I would have got them.
During the interview, the recruiter asked me why I did want that job! I didn't even get a job description with a list of activities/tasks/duties!!
He asked me a few questions about my previous experience and it was clear they were looking for someone with commercial experience which I don't have.
On top of it, his answers about the contract and salary were quite vague: "it depends on the candidate: it may be an internship, an apprenticeship or a permanent one"
Please, don't waste people's time! I spoke to 3 people to have no idea about what type of contract or salary they may offer.
