application and apt test afterwards. You will receive a strength and weakness test first which identifies your potentials. Logical test is extremely difficult. Better find some practice online. After online tests, you may be invited for a video interview.

4 parts: tests (3 of them if im not wrong) - HR interview - business senarios - final interview with 2 Manager Heads
HR is very nice and professional. Final interview is tough. Questions anything under the sun if you are not sure of what you are talking about. Should show that you are passion + determined to get into this. I seems to be lack of that.
Still waiting for the final result.
