It was a quite generic structured interview but with some opinionated questions. To spend less time I was interviewed for both Product and Project Managment positions. An atmosphere was good til some moment but became a little bit tensed when we came to some opinionated questions. With product management question it was smoother and I was given a quite volume test task. Passed it successfully in a week and was invited to the second stage. It was English check combined with test task presentation. The format was assumed to be a pitch which is actually quite a most difficult one and requires some prior preparation and arguably good one to test English. I wasn't even noticed I will have to present. So performance was not that good from me. It became formal rejection reason. Still, I rate the process as justifiable and think this company is worth a try. But for me, the interview flaw was a little bit unprofessional.
