Hiring was one on one interview with the State Farm Agent of the local branch. Asked how I reacted to confrontational situations, if I liked to work with a team and sales experience.

If there is an individual who came into the office talking on the phone and the phone rang what would you do?
The furst interview with them was on phone for about 15 minutes then you fill out a sms questionnaire that takes about an hour or so. I'm hoping to get into om the second round of interviews

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.
In person interview with the owner. Discuss potential benefits and duties. Very helpful information shared. It takes about 30-45 mins to complete the interview. The location varies. License required and might reimburse your license.
