It was an video interview but the questions were preset and I had to record my answers. I didn't really like it. I enjoy to be in a conversation with someone and this just felt very robotic to me. I didn't get a chance to make a human connection because it was all done through video.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
