Interview
It was a phone interview first, and then a panel based interview. The interview was quick and to the point. I was given time to introduce myself and to explain my reasons for being there. They were very kind and attentive to the answers that I was giving. They made me feel at ease while undergoing the interview process.

It was a panel interview with three claims teams managers. Questions were about how you demonstrated various competencies in other jobs or positions, with specific examples needed using the STAR method.

Interview
Simple 2 person interview in person. It Took about 30 minutes and consisted of just the standard situational questions. Job offer came about two weeks later. Overall I would say it was a well run process.

The interview process is about 2 weeks long. Very easy because they have a high turnover rate. Basic questions along with past work experience. I would say anybody can pass.
