As most bartenders are promoted from within, the interview is mainly touching over your past experience and the managers reassuring that you are okay with working a different position first. They tell you about the hours, the benefits, and some of the things that you might see while working on, “The Strip.”

Group interview with the managers. They asked general experience questions. Fairly informal. But you start at minimum wage and work your way up. If you are all for that, then it would be a fantastic place to work.
