Telephone interview which was fine and went very well, followed by face-to-face interview within a week. My impressions of the company were favourable after the telephone interview, but definitely not after the face-to-face.

Really positive, the best interview process I've been through. Applied online through the portal, arranged a phone interview and then got invited to the assessment center with a group of around 10 people. Fast turnover time. Everything was explained in detail beforehand which was really helpful. Hardest bit was answering the more interview-style questions on the phone.
