The interview was relaxed. Conversation was easy-going with direct questions asked but the comfort to answer them clearly. The building/show room is impressive and I can see set up to provide a wonderful homeowner experience.
This was a casual and friendly interview that put me at ease quickly. They spoke a lot about how the company works as a family and employees are loyal and like to stay there.
