The interview process was:
1) HR / In-House Technical Recruiter Phone Call
2) Technical Assessment / Coding Project
3) On-Site Interview
HR process was easy and straightforward.
With that being said, the coding project was interesting and appeared to be extremely easy. I submitted my code within a day of receiving the project (and with 2-3 hours max of work).
After commenting, cleaning up, and submitting my project, I never received an update until I inquired about an update. The project had minimal (if any) requirements outside of a working solution.
I was told my solution did not pass their tests. After inquiring about feedback, I never received any feedback. After having this first impression on the company, I'd advise to not apply to this company due to the lack of communication and technical specifications in their work.
