Interview
First they tested analytical skills with a math tests. If you pass that test you go to the first round of interviews. These interviews are focused on quantitative skills. Then, if you pass the first round you go to the second round which is focused on interests and future career plan. I believe they test your fit with their team and consultancy in general. I think I didn't pass this last filter .

Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday
De sollicitatieprocedure was erg professioneel en persoonlijk. Alles wordt haarfijn uitgelegd, waarbij je zelfs de mogelijkheid krijgt om een case met een consultant te oefenen voordat je op gesprek komt.
