The interview was extremely easy. You first go in for a 30 minute interview, and then you go in to shadow someone. The initial interview is to make sure that you have the qualifications necessary to succeed in this industry. The shadowing process is used to make sure that this career is the right career for you and that this would be a good fit.

Interview
One on two interview between myself & the HR Rep/CEO. The CEO sold me on his vision & I never looked back. After the interview, I was invited back later in the week for a shadowing session with several successful mortgage consultants.

Interview
It is a very relaxed and comfortable interview process. You sit in the conference room with the HR director and the CEO and just have a conversation with them. Yes, you will talk about your professional experience and how you think it will apply to this job but the interview is more of a character test and to see if you will fit in with the company.
