Interview
I joined as a software engineer in subex ltd.
The interview selection process is as follows :
Round 1) Written which was technical for me - writing a program to delete a level from a tree.
Round 2) Technical interview Will consist of questions like previous project & your role, and some basic question on the technical language written in the resume.
Also prepare for basics about the programming language.
Round 3) HR - consists of puzzles can be easily solvable.

It was a very good experience as the interview process was covering from design to Low level algorithm. Information and discussion during the interview process was so much interactive with bring my thought process to right direction with proper explaination
