First call from the VP engineering to hear about the job, the role, the company, and all the regular information. Second meeting was in the offices - One meeting with the HR, and the VP engineering for a technical interview. The overall process was amazing - They are wonderful people and it had a great vibes and it was a pleasure to meet them.

The VP asked me to create a system design for TinyURL, and talked to me about the pros and cons of each component.
