I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
I found the job opening on my school's career portal and sent in my resume. A couple days after, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. It was extremely brief and was only about 5 or so minutes. I think they do this to get a feel of a person's personality and whatnot. I was told during the phone interview to apply officially and was also told to do an online assessment which were both very easy. I was then set up for an interview with the talent director the following week. I ended up being interviewed with another person, although we were applying for different positions. She asked very simple, laid back questions and encouraged us to ask any questions we wanted. The process took about 45 or so minutes. A couple hours later, she gives me a call to tell me I got the job. Everything about the whole process was very easy and laid back; the recruiters were really nice and casual which I appreciated.

Interview
I applied online and got a response the next day and went in for a interview a few days after everyone was very nice and welcoming, it didn't not feel like a interview at all. I will be going on a second interview and am very excited!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I got called for my first interview and it was quick and just an overall of what exactly they were looking for and the responsibility that comes with it. Three days later, I did my second interview and we went more into depth about me, the requirements, the job environment, the salary and dress code.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was relaxed, lenient and very straight forward. I first interviewed with the Talent Director, then a week later I interviewed with the Store Manager. They emphasized more on providing customers a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Almost Apple-like where the sales associates aren’t pushing products towards you. Instead are there to help facilitate the process of choosing and buying the right product.
