Brief phone interview, followed by 3 separate in person interviews. The first in person interview is basically the same exact conversation as the phone interview. Second interview describes the position which is where things go south as it seems that no matter which job you apply to, you are going to be a door to door salesperson. After the second interview, I decided that I would not pursue any further.
