Interview
Applied online, and I had to check status of my application everyday to get an update. My application started with "consideration" and moved up to "hiring manager" to "final candidate". This took 4 weeks to be contacted for an in-person interview with hiring manager.
I would say it was a pretty thorough process. It wasn't that easy, but it was fine. Just be prepared by watching interview videos. Also, don't be nervous; you got this.
