I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sutter Health (Sacramento, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
My friend had referred me and I got an interview the next day after emailing my resume to a department manager. The interview went well. Interviewed with two nice ladies. They made it very calm and comfortable. The interview lasted 30 mins (they usually last about 10) she was really into talking to me and discussing her future plans for herself personally -I really thought and believed I did good. They then said that I will hear back on Wednesday (interviewed Tuesday). 3 Wednesdays passes by and I haven't heard anything. I emailed a thank you letter a week after- still no answer. The third week I sent a follow up letter and still no reply. I just wish they had a way of letting you know if you got the job or not. Whether it's a phone call or a automated email saying you didn't pass the interview.
