I applied in-person. I interviewed at Swift Navigation (San Francisco, CA) in May 2025
Interview
A call with CTO then multiple rounds at the office with 12+ people in total. They also ask you to prepare a presentation. Then they forget to send you rejection, in spite promising . Real waste of time.
I interviewed at Swift Navigation (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Discovery meeting with VP then a full day of interviews starting with: Pitch yourself including fun facts followed by interviews with peers and Management. Very much a startup feel and focus on cultural fit
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Swift Navigation (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very friendly, a couple of online interviews and an in office interview. The in office interview consisted of a presentation followed by a design session and a couple abstract sessions.
The idea was to determine your fit rather than test you on what you know.
