The interview was very process oriented. First the HR contacted me and fixed an appointment for telephony discussion with the COO. COO then called and had a discussion for more than 45 minutes. Next COO wanted a personal discussion. HR coordinated for it. Personal discussion went well with 3 members in individual panels. After a week HR called with the Offer and I accepted.
